Ethel is a c1888 Victorian Italianate two storey refurbishment. Residing in Burwood, the mansion has been transformed through a contemporary and traditional aesthetic whilst retaining it's existing heritage elements.

Preserving the original heritage elements such as architraves, cornices, fireplace mantels and staircase whilst introducing new opulent timeless materials the home has been transformed into a timeless yet contemporary elevated design.
The additions to the original floorplan included restructuring an existing bedroom into a master ensuite and master walk-in. The connection to the master bedroom and walk-in is were carefully considered with additional skylights to maximise and pull natural light throughout into the new threshold.
